I had such a positive experience thanks to Sarah. She was not only my translator with the doctor, but she also went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole process.I had several procedures done and will wait a few days to see the results, but so far I’m very happy. The clinic is wonderful—the team is welcoming, it smells lovely, and everything about the experience was excellent.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The communication was extremely poor, and my messages were ignored multiple times. The approach was unprofessional, and I felt a lack of care toward the client.I asked several times for the name of the doctor who would be performing the procedures, but my messages were ignored and I was never given this information. After that, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe, and I could not continue with them.Based on my experience, I do not recommend them. I hope they improve their communication and transparency in the future.
